Cancellation Policy

Travelers

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour: full refund.
  • Cancel 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund.

Guides

If a guide cancels a confirmed booking, all participants receive a full refund. Repeated last-minute cancellations affect the guide's commission tier and may lead to removal from the platform.

Weather and force majeure

If a tour cannot run due to weather, illness, or other force majeure, the guide may reschedule or issue a full refund.

Group bookings

Each participant in a split-payment group booking can cancel their own share. The organizer is responsible for any unpaid shares at the cancellation deadline.
